Sniffles and Friends is introducing a new feature to our web "menu":
Sniffles’ Treat of the Month!
This month we will feature Tiny's Tastey Tidbits.
What makes these treats so cool? Well, we like the idea that you can snack along
side your pet pal. They are easy, fun, affordable, and quick to prepare.
Here's what you need:
1 full bag/box of oyster crackers
½ stick of butter or margarine
approx. ¼ cup of real Parmesan cheese (shaker can is OK)
Melt the butter and mix with the cheese - pour it into a bag with the crackers, shake
- lay them out on a cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for approx 3-5 minutes.
Enjoy!
PS - these make great low cal and portable training treats in lieu of hot dogs, etc.
Sniffles and Friends had a blast at the Natural PetExpo in Northern Liberties. It was
a beautiful day and we got a chance to shake paws and make many new friends
from all over the city and beyond. There were all kinds of yummy new dog foods,
treats, rescues, trainers, and vets. We really enjoyed the pet parade and especially
the Dog Kissing Booth to benefit Street Tails Rescue. Tumbleweed was a great
kisser. Stay tuned to hear more about the fun events we will be participating in this
fall!
