Some wise Halloween safety tips for pets:
Avoid the trick in trick-or-treat and don’t leave your pet outside.
Candy is for people not animals. Some ingredients can be deadly to pets.
Watch those tails around candles & Jack-O-Lanterns – they can harm your pet and cause fires.
Keep your pet in a safe and comfortable environment during parties and trick-or-treat so they don’t escape or become too anxious.
Costumes are cute but avoid things like masks on an animal. Even though you think Fluffy looks cute in costume, make sure your pet is ok with being dressy otherwise it’s too stressful for them.
