Beth: Assistant Dog Walker
Beth Huxta- Beth has been pet sitting and dog walking since middle school. One of her favorite pets to sit is her St. Bernard cousin, Mo. Over the years, she has been the
proud owner of many pets, including one dog, Tom, and nine cats: Penny, Dave, Maude, Nina, Craig, Ellie, Jane, Esther, and Sweetie. Beth graduated with a degree in
English from Temple University, where she participated in many cat rescues on campus. Since graduating, she has worked as an editor for a gardening magazine and is
now a freelance writer, editor, and researcher (along with dog walker and pet sitter!) Beth is also an avid organic gardener and treats her backyard garden like a pet in its
own right. Beth currently resides in Fishtown.
